Dear Eridanus.
I know it's late.
I kind of need help whenever you are available during the day.

Simply tell me when and where, and I will make room in my schedule to attend to you.
With love,
Eridanus

I sort of went murder happy last week. Like really over the top. I was just so angry and murder fueled that I sort of ruined most of my wardrobe.
I need clothing similar to that dress. Plus I suspect we'll see snow soon so it would be good if I had some warmer clothing that fits properly. I'd rather not go shopping alone.

Apparently they are called "department" stores, rather than tailors. Some odd human culture, perhaps.
Does later today work for you — after reasonably getting some rest?
[He's low key asking why Annie always messages him so late at night when neither of them are really nocturnal (nevermind he's always up then, anyways. Woo-hoo insomnia!)]
<a.dyer>
Of course. I'm glad I thought to reach out while I was still awake. The fireplace has pretty much help knock me out. Normally I just don't sleep a lot.
<Archmage>
What time would you like to meet?
And you are not alone in your sleep troubles, I too have difficulty sleeping.
<a.dyer>
But I do miss a good department store. They have a bigger selection usually.
Hm, there's also a holiday coming up this week. It's a cultural one. It usually just involves hosting a dinner party for family. I think I should invite you and Lucius over for that one.
[ Thanksgiving is a thing she sort of misses already. Besides she has a feeling if she tries hosting Christmas next month Eridanus may try to turn it into Yuel. ]
<Archmage>
And you humans have a holiday for everything, don't you?
I'll never turn away your homecooking, I'd be happy to come spend time with you.
<a.dyer>
Ha. We probably do. This one is more cultural. It celebrates the survival of a group of colonists in a very unfamiliar and unforgiving land when the locals started offering them aide.
<Archmage>
And, I see.
I suppose it is a celebration when you are able to successfully invade and enslave those lesser than you. Sel'eniel was braced for expansion herself, once upon a time.
So you celebrate with a feast, then?
